Responsibilities: 

• Assist in compliance with the aviation security training requirement aspects of IOSA accreditation and states, which HKA operates;
• Review and promulgate the HKA security training programme and mannual
• Delivers security training for related staff or HKA service providers, monitor adherence to meet HKA security requirement;
• Review and revise assessment documents and curriculum to guide the development of learning materials
• Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet individual learning needs and ensure training programme in progression
• Assist in lliaison with related departments in absence of Manager, Training & Policy Development
• Assist in developing the HKA on-line security training platform and mechanism
• Undertake projects at the direction of GMS and Security Training In charge

Requirements 

• 3 years of airlines experience;
• Experience in performing aviation security duties is preferred;
• Experience in training duties is preferred;
• Attend and successfully complete an aviation security training instructor course organized by ICAO/IATA or other relevant organization is preferred;
• Good command of English. Native English or other languages speakers are welcome. Candidates with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese will be an advantage.
