Responsibilities:

  • Oversee aircraft performance studies to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all performance-related documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend optional features/modifications for aircraft.
  • Maximize the Company's commercial profitability and aircraft deployment flexibility through informed recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Company's aircraft fleet to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Utilize advanced tools and software to assess and interpret performance data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct technical assessments on aerodynamic, propulsive, and weight efficiencies of aircraft.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate comparisons of aircraft performance, commercial capabilities and operating costs for informed decision-making.
  • Provide operational and commercial assessments on new routings under development.
  • To provide Operational and commercial recommendations based on appropriate industry best practises to enhance and protect the long-term interests of the Company
  • Advise technical crew, operational staff, and management on aircraft performance and operations engineering-related questions.
  • Deliver lectures in performance courses to enhance the knowledge base of relevant teams.
  • To prepare and participate in in-house or external audits.
  • Support EFB Administration in EFB Performance configuration and deployment.
  • Contribute to the authoring of OEM XML documentations for in-house use.
  • Support in Electronic Flight Folder (EFF) big data evaluation.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in aircraft performance engineering, with a focus on aerodynamics, propulsion, and weight efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software tools for performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively advise and communicate complex technical information.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to aircraft performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
