Responsibilities

• Monitor operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical installations as a senior technical officer
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work installation
• Lead technical staff to efficiently, reliably, and safely perform maintenance and repair tasks for building works and building services, ensuring required quality standards
• Provide technical support to the facility management team and occupants for building works and building services issues, including fitting out or reinstatement, minor alteration, modification repair, maintenance, and upgrade works, with technical comments and advice
• Ensure the building facilities are maintained in good and functional condition to minimize service interruptions for occupants
• Coordinate and attend emergency calls and urgent repair work
• Supervise and monitor the performance and quality of work of all building maintenance contractors with a high standard service level
• Plan, prepare, manage, and make recommendations for building maintenance work
• Prepare and execute procurement tasks (i.e., tendering) with document preparation related to repair and maintenance works

Requirements

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 5 years of related experiences in Building Services Operation and Maintenance
• Experience representing stakeholders for T&C of Building Services systems and following up on defects and rectification works
• Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A / B / R)
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good command of spoken Putonghua
• Willing to work shifts
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered for Building Services Technician roles
