• To support route growth, KPI generation and adherence, people management and monitoring and trend analysis. 
• Ensure that Crew assigned to their fleets maintain a high operational, safety and efficiency standard 
• The maintenance of good discipline amongst all Crew on their fleets 
• Inform and advise on the performance or conduct of any Crew that is below standard 
• Ensure that all fleet manuals, instructions, terminal and route data, instrument approach procedures and weather minima in respect of airports used by and related to their fleets are valid and current 
• Deal with voyage records and the follow up action that is required 
• To conduct risk assessments during the design and planning phase and prior to commencement of all new significant business activities 
• To review an existing risk management plan as result of recommendations arising from the internal audit, following amendments of any legislation and following accident or serious incidents 
• Such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Fleet Manager 

Reqruiement: 

• University graduate 
• Minimum one year working experience in Statistics and financial analysis 
• Experience in spread sheet, basic MIS, Risk assessments
