Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all air and non-air partnerships on passenger services cooperation from Joint Venture/Joint Business Agreement, Code-sharing, Revenue Pooling to Special Prorate Agreements       
• Formulate strategy & execution plan for new interline cooperation initiatives to maximize revenue benefit for HKA network               
• Negotiate with interline counterparts in Joint Venture/Joint Business Agreement, Codeshare & SPA dealings to ensure company's benefits are being maximized & to ensure the partnership is launched within the defined timeline     
• Produce regular assessments on bilateral/multilateral cooperation and put forward recommendation for future improvement             
• Active communication to all outstations and facilitate interline sales opportunity to generate Spin Off Revenue to HKA's network through transparent measurement and regular review   
• Participate and contribute in initiatives within RM Pricing for interline fares implementation          
• Coach subordinate to attain the highest desired level of job knowledge and skill  
• Cultivate teamwork within and between sections/departments    

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or Economics preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant airline management experience
• Management of complex cross-cultural commercial relationships
• Previous Alliances & or Revenue Management experience is preferred 
• Sound knowledge in Joint Venture/Joint Business Cooperation, Codeshare Partnership, Interline Fares & settlement, Proration are essential
• Strong business acumen. Sound analytical, planning and negotiation skills
• Strong communication Skill. Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing 
• Willing to travel overseas as and when required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Alliances & Partnerships
